Hi All,

In Windows you can subscribe to various events like file change events.
I'm wondering if there is also an event available that tells me when the user changes the system time.
On MSDN and google i could only find something for Windows CE, but i like to use it on a normal PC.

Is there a way to monitor this event?
And, is it also possible to be notified when a program adjusts the time?
