Next suggested step:
PARAMETERS nProjectID
LOCAL nGrpCount, llResult

llResult = .F.

IF NOT llResult
	MESSAGEBOX('Project not found in Projects table')
	RETURN .F.
ENDIF
If this fires then you are not picking up the expected value for your parameter.
