>In Norwegian "hell" means "fortune" or "luck", we even have a place called Hell. I have stayed at Rica Hell Hotel on a few occasions, http://www.rica.no/index.cfm?con=484&oa=hotel.display. A very popular picture for tourists is the goods terminal at the now closed railway station. Since "goods" in Norwegian is "gods", the sign should say "Hell godsekspedisjon", but for the tourists the sign says "Hell Gods-expedition", http://exviking.net/lowland/Hell_p.htm.

Somehow I expected it would be split into "hell - god - sex - pedition"...

>Tourists also used to buy a one way ticket to Hell, but they rarely used the tickets, they saved it for a rainy day. :-)

"We've been to hell... didn't like it, it was raining all the time... so we just went home." :)
