LOL! Well thanks for the help, but I can't seem to avoid that error message:
"...Programmatic access to Visual Basic Project is not trusted ..." I went to the KB article on that and I set up the remote Excel security just like mine -- but to no avail. I think I'll just do the conversion from VBA into VFP code.

Thanks though for your stuff, it worked perfect on my server!!!
