I only remember one person attacking him and getting under his skin. I hope he isn't staying away for that reason. It seems more likely he is spending his time with the active products that fall under his area of responsibility.

>IMO, he's not present in UT as he used to be before because of the agressive way people attacked him on the occasion of the announcement of the discontinuation of the development of VFP.

>>FWIW, we’ve been focused on Sedna. The Vista fixes are in SP2 – we confirmed them with folks who reported problems. There is one issue which is not a VFP issue – it’s a general issue where you can’t change the type of form in the Init (though you can change it later). As far as the reported report issues, it’s something we’re looking at, but nothing to say yet.

>>>Sorry but I take exception to that. I do not know what's going on in Redmond as I do not work for MS, but I have known YAG for almost 20 years. He's an outstanding person, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He's always been a member of the Foxgang and has continued so even when he went to work for Microsoft. I do not know what directives he gets from his bosses or his employer, who after all pay his salary. He may have issues he can't talk about, but I am sure that he does whatever he can for our community.
