I once got stuck on an on-ramp to the Kennedy Expressway (I-90) for an hour and a half beginning around 9 in the morning. The expressway was closed from O'Hare to downtown for the bleeping Chinese premier. What a waste! They should have made him cab it, no one would recognize him here anyway <g>. (Hu?)


>We used to 'love' it when Big George would 'come home' to Houston. He'd arrive at Hobby Airport (just south of downtown) right at 4:00 in the afternoon and they'd close I45 and Loop 610. Right at the beginning of afternoon rush hours.
