The copy of OEM XP Pro I've got doesn't have OEM in the activation key (a generic 2002 OEM release - prior to SP1). The last time I remember seeing "OEM" as part of the key was in Win98. I've also noticed that OEM versions that were included with some brands of PCs (e.g. Dell) seem to be keyed to the BIOS (the same disc comes automatically came up with the license key on the sticker on the computer -- and I tried this on several PCs from Dell).
