A little bit more info on the problem:

It appears one must be an administrator for it to prompt for installing (as opposed to saving the file).

Can I change this so that when a user who is not an administrator (on their local machine account) will get a notification to use an administrator account to install the uploader with, instead of prompting for a useless saving of a file that cannot be run.
