No, When you open the Database name Node from the Treeview in SSMS you will see Database Diagrams node. Right Click on it and choose "New Database Diagram"
UPDATE:
I forgot to say that in the DB diagram you could create tables, manage relationships visually, just like in VFP with MODI DATABASE.
