Daniel... you don't need a framework to create an .EXE...

You need to put your application in a project. When you press the build button create an Executable is an option.

Remember you will need to ship the runtime support files with the .EXE for it to work. The docs tell you what this file is. In 5.x it is VFP500.dll.

Check chapter 25 of the developers manual for help on distributing an application.
