Ok, so far this is what I did

1. created a custom form in my computer and in the computer where the printer is installed (it is a shared printer)

2. modified the printer properties for using the custom form by default

3. modified the report and unchecked the printer environment

4. modified the page size within the frx to use the custom form.

but still, the printing is moving up a little bit every time

any ideas why?
