Ok, let me try.

UPDATE. When I type my IP address (found by IPCONFIG), it prompts me to the credentials (I don't know them for the local PC, need to find out).

Also in RDP I specified allowing local resources, but I still don't see anything.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
