I don't see why would I be interested in a person who publicly wrote that he has no interest in my opinion, and that was in a message where I checked whether I understood right (and he confirmed). I haven't forgotten that, even if he had. If that's how he was with people with whom he was not in a dispute (at least I don't remember that I got into anything heated with him), I can not imagine how was he perceived by others.

I vote neutral here, but will twit him immediately if he arrives.

Update 2: still neutral, I don't mind whether he returns or not. Having re-read the preceding few messages - I'd still write to him what I did then, and would still decide to twit-filter him out after his response.
