Ya. DLLs created in VFP are usable by other applications also. But note that they act more like Automation servers. and you ned to have the VFP Runtime Version in the client machine. Also note that you have to regester those DLLs manually if needed.
Actually VFP DLLs can be called from any other applications also that support WINdows 32 Satandard API calls.
