Ok so we now know that he asked to be back.

Don't tell me he's not a lawyer anymore because he could'nt behave in court and insulted all the judges when they didn't say like him <g>

I don't care if he comes back or not. But I won't sign a petition to get him back.

But even with a petition (that would probably contain only a few names) I'm not sure that Michel will really like the idea of getting him back. JVP was banned then Michel let him come back probably thinking that he was too hard and perhaps JVP deserved to have a break. Then Michel realized that he was right the first time so he banned him again. And now you want Michel to get him back again. What kind of message would this send to the users over here? Whatever you do you could get banned but it's not that bad because you'll be back one day. So insult others all you want that banning thing is not really serious.

And now Kevin we have you and others MVPs in .net that help others over here. And you do it without insulting us. Do we really need to get JVP back?
