What if a scientist could display the molecular structure of a virus and then build a molecule of medicine that attaches to the receptors on the virus?

After building the medical molecule the application could then tell the scientist the name of the compound molecule that he built?

Even better would be having the app provide details on how to make the medicine in large quantities?
