No, he kept pressing it in a matter that made it seem more like an attack than a duel.It was a very silly thing to do. Of course it might be alarming to be repeatedly invited to a sword-fight. But if you are seriously concerned about the threat, banning him from UT does not reduce that risk. Banning is only useful if you want to punish.
Maybe we could suggest to Michel that he offer an amnesty ;-). Some would refuse to take advantage of it; those who want to return would be expected to remain on their best behavior.
