He is trying to tell you the monitor info is not stored in the foxuser.dbf file.

Try this and see if it helps:
Start Foxpro and position everything where you want, then exit out of foxpro.

Now copy foxuser.dbf and foxuser.fpt to another folder or name.

Then start Foxpro with the other monitor and position everything over. Exit Foxpro.

Copy these files to another folder or differnt names.

When you start Foxpro you can tell it where to find the resource file with the
SET RESOURCE TO [FileName]
