I'm trying to figure out if the Sedna files on VFPX are newer than the ones from the Microsoft download site?

The VFPX site has says 'uploaded Jan 27' and says 'This update includes', which is what's confusing me. While the Microsoft download site has a release date of Jan 25.

Before I install, I just want to make sure I get the most current one.
