The user ha only path in the local tables.
This path will direct the user to the path of the last update.
the first step if the project is to go to this location and to look for new version -
if there is new version do something (If I know wat I wasn't ask here...) that will close this EXE / clear event of this EXE and run the other/ any other solution.
