No, unfortunately I do not believe it will work with nested tags, I think it is not possible to have a valid HTML tag inside the img tag, but I do not know HTML that well. Also, the img tag does not necessary needs to be closed in HTML (it does in XHTML,
http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp), so if there is a missing '>' then the code would not work either.
