It does remind me of punishing everyone because a few cannot control themselves. Much like outlawing alcohol because a few abuse it, or do we outlaw driving because a few drive drunk or don't drive responsibly, or outlaw babies because a few are abusive parents, or should we close the internet because those who use it for nefarious purposes can't control themselves? I find it amazing that that is the argument presented.
