You don't punish someone who has killed themselves, you punish someone who attempted to kill themselves. Usually, it's with forced incarceration in a mental facility because, after all, you have to be insane to try to kill yourself.

Here euthanasia in humans is illegal (suicide is illegal), but it's not illegal to dope them up so much that they don't feel pain during the final days.
