Well, do you have anything in Refresh() or Activate() methods of the form (or refresh method for some controls)?

You may search your form for SET ORDER command (just press Ctrl+F and select all methods).

If there are classes involved (I assume there should be classes) then the code may be buried somewhere in the hierarchy.
