Yes, I subclass. Perhaps I will get used to it too.
My next step (in this development) is to get rid of labels and have my textbox class create the labels for me to save time (I have a property in my textbox for human readable title) when we create new windows forms--now not seeing the name of the textbox will just make it a bit harder because there won't be labels on the window too. We did this in VFP and it saved time.
