>>I'm not biting. It has two bad words in the first paragraph of "About us": premium content. And I think I can safely conclude that there's nothing for me on a website which proudly boasts "superbowl ads" within the top 100px of its homepage.

>hahahaha... yes I guess I see your point. I don't see any "premim content" anywhere
I meant it with the quotation marks, i.e. anything that mentions those two words is something that can cause your Vista to spoil your display and lower the bitrate of your sound, that much I learned, unless you submit proof in stone along with DNA and retina scan that you paid for it and that nobody's watching it over your shoulder for free ;).
>looks like anything that's on there you can view for free. The real reason I like it because all of the TV episodes out there. I can watch a 60 minute show in about 43 minutes because there is no comercials other than a 15 second comercial at the begining of the video.
http://www.stage6.com/ already has something of the kind, but their contents is member-contributed; they're only hosting it (in divx format, as the site is a spinoff of divx.com, I think) and checking that online availability is OK with IP owners. They don't exactly have all episodes of everything, and I have no clue how many ads do they have and where, AdBlock just works ;).
