That's $10300 per capita, including babies, homeless, retired and unemployed. That's how much the inflation will suck out of the world's economy in the allotted period.

The cutting of the civilian programs is nearly irrelevant and practically unnecessary, as it doesn't really matter. Inflation takes from everybody's mouth. The Mickey Mouse dollars which will be created to allow for this will be exported and will be buying stuff for the troops or will head for the coffers, whatever. The wealth of the many will be pumped into the pockets of the few, without even having to bother to steal.
