The 27th or 28th would seem to be the best option, but we'd need to meet in the evening since those are weekdays. Would one of these days work for you. The meeting usually runs from 7 to 9 pm.

As for attending the race, I'm game, our VP is game, and I know of at least one other guy who would most likely want to attend.
