Has the user told you everything? For example, has the workstation been "imaged" and it doesn't work after that?

Is it happening on only the 1 workstation?

You say same EXE for all. But is the EXE on the network or aech workstation?

Do you use an installer to set up the workstations? If so, does uninstall/reinstall offer any relief?

I believe it's telling you that some OLE class used in your application is not installed (or no longer installed 'properly) on the workstation. It should be possible to go into the system logs and find the error and get the details.
