Having listened to the two songs I can state with absolute certainty that by his criteria of being stupid.....I'm a moron.
While the ruling by "Judge Judy" might be technically correct (of course, by her ruling somebody singing about the glories of Nazi Germany would also be entitled to keep the money), he shows a brand of arrogance in describing his music as "experimental" and not making sure that the audience is appropriate. Of course, I would expect anybody writing those songs to revel in the disgust of the audience. It's not hard to imagine that if he picked the wrong audience he would be lucky to escape violence.
I'm sure that there's a market for his music somewhere. After all, there are markets for everything from classical music to porn to defacation sculpture. Each to his own taste. This is not mine.
