Sorry to hear that, but installing Subversion shouldn't be complicated. You download the Zip file and run the installer.

Once you have that then you can use the article to do the rest.

Put Subversion into your Windows path or otherwise preface the path to the subversion binary commands for the executables to run (ie. sc.exe etc.)...
