Are you asking Boris to debug your application for you?

He told you what is causing the problem - you are trying to add a node that has the same node key as a node that is already in the tree. This probabaly means that you have a duplicate account number in your data.

You need to examine your data and or step through the code to figure out why you are getting duplicates.
