They should be eliminating federal funding of everything in the Peoples Republic of Berkeley (PRB).

Remove all federal research contracts (the big fat defense ones), Stop purchasing anything from PRB (again - big fat defense ones). Stop federal grants to the PRB political institutes (colleges).

They should declare PRB independent. Perhaps PRB would like to become part of Mexico or China?

PRB doesn't want the people charged with protecting their security (thus allowing them to whine/cry/protest/suck money from the country) to be in PRB.

PRB can GTFO IMHO.
