His threats to end genocide were hollow because it was not at that point backed by political and military muscle.

Clinton got approval from NATO, but NOT the United Nations to do the bombing campaign in Bosnia. Clinton promised that Americans would not be in Bosnia for more than 1 year. As soon as the election was over, he stated taht we would have to remain there for another 18 months. I hate to discuss it, but look at his actions over Iranian weapons getting in Bosnia - it hurt our own troops.

Clinton taught Syria that it was ok to treat American threats with casual disregard.

Clinton's priority was not fighting terrorism (a whole separate discussion on its own) but forcing liberal social experiments on the military with his 'don't ask don't tell policy.'

Yes, troops have died under President Clinton. Not due to his lies, due to his incompetence.

And notice I never mentioned sex (not pertinent other than I think he is guilty of rape).
