quick, cheap, or easy?>I will have to search for some sources. But off hand they have consistantly tried to make the case that the end is just ahead; "Mission Accomplished", "last throws". There was the speculation that oil revenue would pay for the war/rebuilding. And even in the most current budget they try to hide the true cost by not showing it in the overall budget, which I think has been the norm for years.
