Yep. Saddam kept the world guessing and kept playing the games so people would think he still had 'em (which he might have - the desert is a great dumping ground). He had them and used them in the 1980s (but people don't want to remember that because it is an inconvenient truth) and he never came clean as to what he still had after the 1st Iraq war. Oh - sorry - that's not blaming Bush..My bad.
