Win32s is part of VFP 3.0. If you sue the setup wizard in 3.0 and choose win 3.1x as the platfprm the Win32s subsystem will be installed when teh setup is run.
I agree with Ed, Win32s is a buggy system, and it will enver be fixed. If you need an application to run on Win 3.1 do it in FPW 2.x.
