Don't know Mike's answer, but I find Romney to come across as incredibly phony. I wouldn't trust him to do business with.
Also, fwiw, when he became governor or Mass., one of his first acts was to cut funding for the schools (I believe through executive order) in the middle of a school year. That included, IIRC, the state university. (Solomon was in school up there, though not at UMass, at the time, and would remember the details bettter.) In my view, in a financial crisis, schools aren't the place you start cutting.
Also, I find the whole "changed his opinion on x" thing fascinating. When Kerry did that, he was a called a flip-flopper.
