Thank God they (democrats and republicans both) have found all that extra money to give back to everyone as rebates (especially for people who didn't pay taxes). That will fix the economy and budget in one stroke.
It's nice that people who paid the highest taxes (or at least SHOULD have) get smaller rebates.
