Yes, you are right, I did not see the code was in the activate of the form, and for Tariq did not mention it worked once my brain did not pick it

>I think the form's activate is refiring which is attempting to rebuild the tree without clearing it first causing the dup errors. As Viv noted, he probably should move his code so he can call it only when he needs to rebuild the tree, not every time the form's activate fires.
