WIN32s is bundled in by VFP's Setup Wizard; at one time, you could also download Win32s seperately from Microsoft's site. The VFP setup wizard will detect compatible Win3.x environments (Win3.1, Win3.11, WfWG 3.11 are the ones I've seen it used with) and install the base files; I've had to do some tweaking in many cases to get it to perform properly. Avoid it if at all possible.
