Can anyone tell me how to get rid of an extremely annoying pop-up blocker that pops up at my bottom RH corner, sometimes several times, for MOST URLs I try to access? These include most the URLs cited here. Even if I hold the ALt key they still persist. Even if I turn off the Windows blocker. I can't seem to find out what controls this. Mostly I have to retry the URL several times before it will let me through. Does my head in!
