The Lexp is something like [table.cfield='X' and (table.nfield1>3 or table.nfield2<5)].

IT groups correctly on the logical statement as far as the counts go. It's simply not populating the field with the correct value, 'Y' or 'N'. I've tried it in VFP 5.0a and FPW 2.6 with the same results.
