Kevin, you're not getting it or do not want to get it. It is about the topic title not about VFP vs .NET, its future etc.

Let it go. It is scoped to the topic title and the links I provided are backing up my statment.
You were wrong in your assement my statement was absurd.

Its kind of sad to see you're not able to stick to the scope of the topic and want to drag the future of VFP and the language wars in to distract. I see you're not able to look beyond your feelings, hate and confusion and stick to the topic. It reminds me of someone....
