From what I'm seeing around here, Ron Paul's whole campaign is trying to be grassroots. I'm seeing small stenciled posters (or printed at home or even handwritten) glued to traffic sign poles or lampposts, really small but just in anyone's line of vision when waiting at the lights. So this guy is probably trying to pull a cheap one - not sure if that'll get him too far, but may get him too deep ;).
