No, that doesn't work, either ... but it was a good suggestion! =0)

But I finally found the answer. My solution uses Solution Folders and I'm betting that's what is throwing off the IDE (or the converter). Anyway, the answer is to, after doing the conversion, make sure that every solution folder is *NOT* expanded, then close and Save the solution, open it back up again and everything is back to being in order! Definitely a bug!!
