No, I think there was just some miscommunication. I opened the report and it would try to convert it. It would actually succeed, so at that point it was converted, but it would effectively hang VFP. So your suggestion of opening the converted report, was throwing me off because opening a converted report would be pointless - it's already converted. When I got back to this, I figured you must have meant to make the suggested change before trying to open the unconverted report. Thanks again.
