Yes, there is a "Run to Cursor", but it's not on the default Debug toolbar. You can add it:

1. Select Tools > Customize
2. Select Debug from the Categories list
3. Scroll down the Commands list until you find Run to Cursor
4. Drag "Run to Cursor" from the Command list and drop in onto the toolbar.
