>I was wondering if anyone has observed sluggishness inside the VFP IDE when clicking and dragging windows; I get many ghost images of the window as I drag it, plus it goes very slowly. There are no other slowdowns either in editing or operation of software modules, it just has a serious problem dragging windows in designer mode. I have 2G memory and a very fast processor on a new laptop, so I don't think hardware is to blame...

I haven't noticed any sluggishness. I do see odd display remnants sometimes although nothing serious.

VFP menus look strange and lots of times will menus will wind up with multiple items highlighted if I scroll in a menu (just display issue - the correct menu item fires).

I'm using VFP9 SP1 on Vista Ultimate on a Dell 9400 laptop with 2GIG RAM and usually dual monitors.
