Not exactly new development, but we have a large clinic management system in full development. New add-ons sometimes can be considered as new projects and they are developped in VFP most of the time.

I've found the flexibility of datahandling to be unmatched by any other environment I looked at recently. We've got a lots of meta data and a lot of local data munging. Though we use SQL server, we clearly see the need to drag data from the server and post process it on the client.

We have a clientbase in the Europe (mainly UK), North America, 2 african clients and are trying to open up the australian and NZ market.

FWIW, we're in a niche marker (Intertility, IVF). The product capabilities are much more worth than the image of the programming language it is written in.
